Our senses send electric signals to the brain, and this creates our window to the world.

Amazingly, our senses are bespoke to us.

A measure of distance in a grassy field, a taste of a fresh and hot meal, both can be entirely different depending on the person. Your avatar is unique.

Mindfullness

Mindfulness is being fully present. When you are mindful, you are able to master your environment, rather than be overwhelmed. You are aware.

Body

The human body is a natural wonder, unappreciated for its miraculous potential.

As our vehicle for life the human body makes movement possible, as well as cognitive function, growth, reproduction and more.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the process of obtaining or providing necessary foods for holistic health, growth and recovery.

The foods we eat will sustain and heal, or damage and maim our health. All humans need a healthy and balanced relationship with the foods we eat.

Movement

Moving, exploring and creating is part of How to Be Human. Whether it be dance, mountain biking or skateboarding, endless forms of movement can satisfy our heart's yearning to explore.

Desire

Desire is one of humanities deepest inclinations.

Humans desire by nature, and to desire generates movement towards intended outcomes.

Like a moth to a flame, if left unchecked desires can be our downfall, but with mastery of our avatar they can help us shape the world.

Perception

Perception is the way something is regarded, understood or interpreted through the sensory system. Our avatar is the one that perceives.
