Centred around mental health & wellbeing, at HTBH our focus is to establish bespoke ways to heal and/or strengthen mental perspectives. We believe a strong mental foundation is the pathway needed to unlock a minds greater potential.

 

The blog offers an intimate reading experience for our visitors to enjoy. As well as our free resources, we also offer wellbeing courses and routine templates. We have a store with limited and seasonal stock that offers unique designs that you won't find on the high street. All financial support goes towards the redevelopment of HTBH and the local communities we have established outreach with.

HTBH was founded on the idea that the human experience is life's greatest teacher. Our job is to translate these experiences into digestible life lessons. We realised that everyone is trying their best. However, efforts can often be misguided which creates a feeling of lack of progress, stagnation or being trapped in a cycle. We provide tools that will help you transform this under utilised energy to meet your goals.  

 

We believe that reaching goals start with a healthy mental state, so we've made mental health support the foundation of our service. We acknowledge the mind as the most powerful & useful tool to us making HTBH a medium for people to enhance their wellbeing as a catalyst for personal and professional growth.

 

Exposure to new ideals and allowing slight adjustments into routines gives space for new breakthroughs and subtle transitions this is often all that is needed for fundamental perspective changes that help us a long way. To establish a relationship with daily progression and motivation is a place assist with self sustaining drive, these attributes can be built upon. Similarly to muscle growth growth in the gym HTBH is a service for mental growth during everyday life.
